What can I say about Garrett. He brought in a very calming demeanor, was very classy in dealing with our Landlord and trying to put their worries at ease. Very professional and I do not have the words to explain how great they really are. I would definitely call them in again if another plumbing problem arises and I am pushing my Landlord to use their service when attempting to fix the mess our leak brought upon the house. Cut N Dry did a great job on my house. We had a terrible plumbing leak. They handled everything and made sure everything was done right and safe. I've never filed a claim with insurance before and they made it easy. Everyone was polite and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

The team was amazing! Ericsen was very helpful in the handling of our insurance claim. The entire team was very professional. Vincent cleared our sewer blockage with no problem. I ask a lot of questions sometimes the same question more than once. Vincent and Ericsen took the time to explain details so I understood the entire process. I have 3 children with autism. I recently had an occasion to use cut and dry restoration on my Den which was a victim of the High Desert Wind and Rain and these people were so attentive and so on it it's unbelievable! It was late in the evening when I came home and found the damage and they came out immediately and tarped my roof the next day they were out here setting up the fans it was just amazing how quick they got everything done and I would definitely recommend them to anybody that has water damage in their home these people are amazing!

These guys do it right! We found some mold on the baseboard and carpet behind one of our son's bed. Mike and Austin were available to come out same day, took a look at the issue, found no active moisture, and were able to get the mold cleared up for us in just a few minutes!
